We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yourstore.com.
To process your request, you must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Photos of the product packaging (if applicable).

Your order number.
After reviewing your claim, if it is approved, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost. You will not be charged for the replacement if the damage or error is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Beauty and cosmetic products that have been opened or used.

Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.

Customized or personalized products.

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase.
Please note that this right may not apply to products that are exempt under applicable law, including opened beauty, cosmetic, hygiene, or personalized items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
